The file ant.bat in ozone-0.5.5 seems to be designed for Win2000 or NT, but
not for Win98. In Win98 there is no command "setlocal", and a variable
%SystemDrive% does not exist. Also, in my German Win98 installation there is
no directory "c:\windows\Program Files\", because in German it is called
"c:\windows\Programme\"
